Scenario: You are the SpR in the community mental health team. You have been asked to assess Mr Max Price, a 42 year old, at home. He was referred by his housing association following complaints from his neighbours about smell and rat infestation. Mr Price lives alone in a one-bedroom housing association flat. He has a history of depression treated with citalopram 20mg daily for the past eight years.
