Scenario: You are the general adult SpR in the community mental health team. Mr Daniel Smith, a 24 year old postgraduate student, has been referred by his GP with suspected depression. He has been increasingly isolating himself over the past 18 months and has stopped attending university. Please take a psychiatric history and perform a risk assessment.
