Scenario: You have been asked to see Patrick Todd, a 34 year old man who lives in supported accommodation. He has a diagnosis of schizophrenia. His accommodation staff have expressed concerns that he has been more withdrawn recently and not eating. Please perform a mental state examination and risk assessment.
