Scenario: You are the Psychiatry SpR assessing Amira Shah, a 29 year old female who has had a recent general hospital admission due to pyelonephritis. From a mental health standpoint she has a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Over recent weeks her neighbours have raised complaints as she has been heard shouting in the night-times. Please take a history from Amira with a view to understanding her current presentation.
