Scenario: Georgia Smith is a 33-year-old who has presented to A&E after being brought in by friends due to concerns that she has recently ‘not been herself.’ She has been referred to the mental health liaison team after A&E staff noticed that she has been behaving bizarrely. Conduct an examination of Ms Smith’s mental state.
