Scenario: Ms Amelia Jones is a 40 year old woman with a previous history of bipolar affective disorder. She has previously had two inpatient admissions, both over five years ago, and has been stable ever since. She takes lamotrigine 100mg BD which manages her symptoms well. Her GP has referred her due to low mood recently. Please take a history from Ms Jones with a view to establishing a diagnosis.
